Good question. I would like to add: if we can't edit the patterns is there at least a way to view them?
I think you can only modify the user Arp Patterns and I don't think you can view them, but that would be a cool feature in future builds!
Yes it would make sense to me dont have to spend 20 mins building one then can just edit a pattern.
Yes please, been asking to edit the factory arp patterns for years now.
This is still not implemented, right?
Nope
maybe the arp patterns are intellectual property with protected rights
I hereby claim dum dum duuurgh dum dum duuuuuuurgh d-d-dum as my own!
Is it possible to randomize an arp pattern? If not this would be a very cool feature
in the same vein ive been using the "thesyus"demo from Sugar Bytes
you can assign each step to a controller which i thought was cool as
would be nice if the arp in the virus was this flexible
Page 2 of 3 in the 'Config' Section of the synthesizer offers "Arp Note Send"
Use this to print the Arpeggiator sequence, et Voila!!!! It's there for you, if you want it.
You can choose to copy it exactly or do something else.
Pay attention to the lengths relatively, and the velocity information.
Similarly, if you want additional 'groove' templates from the Virus, SURE!! Print 16ths with all the various swing settings, no problem!
