Problem with the Virus TI2 LCD screen I've just received

I had this same issue when I inadvertently made incorrect midi connections. Try removing all midi cables and see if it clears up.

I had this same issue,what to do?

Turn off the Virus.
Disconnect all MIDI cables from the Virus.
Turn it back on.
See if the screen works again.
if not, contact Access support by email.
If so, connect the cables, but make sure MIDI Out from the Virus goes to MIDI In or Thru, on your other gear. And only connect other gears MIDI Out or Thru to the Virus MIDI In.

No MIDI or USB cables are connected,
But have the same issue with my LCD Screen.What i should do?

Email support. They told me to reinstall the os but I had figured out my wiring mistake before hand. They may give you different instructions depending on your situation though.
