hey i got my virus today, yipppeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
i only have one problem i cant hook it up to friuty
it does not even pick up in midi menu.
i read simlar posts and whet i follow da link to a page where i can download a patch or vsti, the pages are not working.
can any one give me sum tips please. i know its somthing simple im missing 
if i figure it out i'll let u know what i did
It would be helpful if you could give some more details: Are you using VSTi mode or stand alone? What steps did you take to hook it up and at which stage did it fail?

If this is a Virus b Desktop, then the only option to set this unit up with Fruity Loops would be like any other hardware synth via Midi cables and audio cables, since there was no Total Integration possible with any of the older Virus models. Do you have a Midi interface connected to your PC and if so, do you have a Midi connection established between the Midi out of the Midi interface and the Midi In of the Virus b?
And where did you connect the Virus b's audio outputs to? Are these connected to an audio interface or a mixer you use for monitoring audio from your setup?
