Virus TI Snow gets reset during operation

My brand new virus ti snow has been resetting itself unknowingly while under operation. I have to turn it off and turn it on again and the problem persists. It works perfectly for about 10-15 seconds and this happens suddenly. Is there anything I can do to get it working well? Will appreciate any help. Thank you.

From first impression, this looks like a power supply issue. Is there any way for you to test the supply alone e.g. hook it up to an oscilloscope to see if there are any spikes? Or try the Snow with a different power supply with the same specs?

I totally agree with what "flabberbob" said. One more thought: test this with the TI Snow not being connected to anything (computer, etc.) or check the power output of the power supply and check if this is delivering the correct power.
