On my Ti 1 desktop, can you manually set the delay time to any ms value. I want to sync the delay to the track manually when the delay clock is off.

You can either set the delay in ms (0.0ms - 693.6ms) in steps of about 5ms, or you can set the delay to clock with the beat and use beat divisions (1/64 - 3/4) although the longer times may actually not work because they go beyond the max time of 693ms. In my experience, if set to clock and the duration of the selected division is longer than 693ms in the currently selected tempo, a musically similar shorter division will be used automatically.
