Virus tI2 cant connect anymore with my PC

I have a problem before i could connect my pc with virus control center but cant communicate the app does not respond

any help please ??

might be you cable or usb port, try to look at those

Did it already work before, in your PC, recently?

- On PC, use "system restore" to the date where it works

- A recent update installed?

- Reinstall the software Virus control (.exe)
