Hi All!
Being 2 x Hardware Virus owner (Desktop + Darkstar) I am so glad this plugin came available.
With my Intel Mac OS 11.7.10 (Big Sur) I could make it work both in Logic and Numerology hosts.
But with my M1 running 14.4.1. (Sonoma) there's problem: Logic does not even recognize it and Numerology sees it but freezes when I try to open this plugin (this colorful wheel spinns endlessly and app stops responding and you need to force quit it).
Installing procedure was same: putting AU component to its folder and also firmware.bin there. And I needed also run this command line in Terminal to Mac OS to accept this plugin.
Has anybody have same problem with newer Mac OSs and perhaps is there any fix or something to try?
Note: on Ventura, to install 5.1.7.00.pkg, you have to click on OK (window which refuses on M1) this 10 times, because it comes back 10 times... then it can then do the installation

Go back to this page.NOTA: It is for personal use, provided that you own the hardware: it is a mixture of 2 files (that of Ostirus + the Harware driver), to be placed side by side in a folder on your computer. This "driver" does not belong to us, we cannot share it, you have it with your Hardware (when you install it the first time) which allows you to use and operate the VST.

1- Thank you. For this sound, and so many others, it is with the SLOT Matrix that everything happens. The source/destination mixes are a real maze... sometimes I get results that are not appropriate for the sound I'm looking for, but I spot them because they will be used on other patches. The IT I know is capable of getting closer to between 60 and 85% in "cloning", you have to look for all that in it... It's a lot of time spent on it.
I understand your request, I thank you, for the moment, I am reworking them, because I always want to see if there is any possibility of improvement. It doesn't happen quickly for me. 2- No, not with the vocoder. This is an option that the TI makes, a small description written in the manual It only works on this "grain" (heard in the demo). -
I came back to a patch set aside... here, the principle is to trigger a Pad directly via a microphone connected to the TI. The sound from the microphone is not routed as audio in the TI, but it can be heard via the mixer, if necessary.

Same issue for me. Maybe the VST doesn't read the .mid files properly?
I don't know, here on M1. You can unlock your default settings (MENU/advenced) to test…

in the browser under: Data Sources - right mouse click add folders or files.

So you’re introducing Env3 and the Mod Matrix, which both are resource intensive operations, instead of using the Amp Envelope attack. What’s the benefit of this very cumbersome method?
Finally, not that heavy: 1 bar in the gauge (also 1 bar in the gauge on your patch)
I relied on the graphic rendering (zoomed) of the wave: Because it was still there. This attenuates it, of course, but I notice that just the original sine of an init patch, with the attack on 19: we have the same result.
So, by resuming my patch "with LFO" and slowing the rate to zero, the result is better, but it adds an attenuated click. -
to avoid any confusion:
use/load the default -Init- patch
1) set Osc1 to Sine and set Osc Balance to Osc1 (if you whant to hear both then set Osc1 + Osc2 to Sine,
set Osc Balance to 0 and set sync 1+2 and Osc2 Detune 0)
2) set Phase init to 1 (Common Parameters)
3) set Punch Intensity to 0
4) set the "Key Mode" to Mono 1 (Common Parameters)there you have it
Something is missing:
Envelope3 = ADSR all zero
MATRIX: SLOT1 = Env3/ -64/ Osc Volume -
What do you want to achieve with that?
I guess what you wanted to do is to turn LFO 1 into a constant value. But instead you're turning it into an extremely fast Square wave LFO. Which is used to modulate the length of the amp envelope attack phase. That doesn't make much sense to me.
In order to have LFO 1/2 to be used as constant, you can:
- Set Shape to Pulse
- Set Rate to 0
- Set Contour to +63
- Set Envelope Mode to enabled
or
- Set Shape to Pulse
- Set Rate to 0
- Set Contour to +63
- Set Trigger Phase to 1 (or 127)
Theoretically, the second method would give a very short click on each LFO cycle, but it's actually not audible.
PS: There's also no need to redirect the 10% constant to a different slot. You could directly route it to adjust the Amp Envelope Attack.

what is the little D button for each part next to the mute button? the version shown in the manual doesn't have it and it doesn't seem to do anything for me.

I have one, which "once in 5 clicks" (the next 4 others do not) and the click is very low
With an Attack of "19" and Decay of "0"
- Full LFO(1) square/ Trigger Phase 127/
- In the matrix: LFO(1) assigned to "0" on attack because boosted with the "10%constant" of "22"
