In your case rewire is only the solution,

It's possible if you manage your patches .
sometime you can use delay and reverb by software and it will decrease virus dsp usage.
and it depends on what osc you're playing for example hypersaw takes much dsp usage.

I'm frequently getting scream noise when i play most patches and then no sound
panic button doesn't make any sense and don't stop that screamy noise
i have to turn off/on again for getting back unit to sound but when i play any note or use audition button on unit it will get freeze and screamy noise!!!!
it happens also standalone without connecting usb cable.

Please direct me where is problem?
do i have hardware problem?

Go to config page on Virus Control then select 3 output /no input
create 3 audio track in ableton set their input to virus2/3
on Virus Control mixer right on D button and select the usb output which you want.

then create midi track set their midi ch to your virus.

It was an old issue which new mainboard chipset like p55-h55-h57 with usb 3.0 doesn't provide full bandwidth for usb1.1/2.0 for TI !!!!
my old usb m-audio sound card doesn't work even with usb3.0 correctly.

sorry,press arp edit button for 10-15 seconds when virus is turned off and then release it.
virus will automatically turn on.
sometimes some programs on windows startup will not allow virus software suite to install.
and sometimes virus can't addresses correctly to usb port for recognition ,it happens when some addressed are remained on hardware or something like that.
so resetting your virus will refresh new addresses and reset your virus config.
